Vladimir graduated from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, Faculty of Law in 2007 attaining his LL.B degree, after which he continued his education by enrolling on the postgraduate studies at the same Faculty. He gained his master degree in Criminal Law in 2011, after successfully defending his dissertation: “The position of the injured party as a subsidiary prosecutor in the Macedonian criminal procedure”.
In 2013 he passed the Bar exam and was officially admitted as an attorney in the Macedonian Bar Chamber the same year.
Vladimir’s practice focuses on representing clients, both, companies and individuals, domestic and foreign, in debt recovery and enforcement procedures, and in litigation cases mostly in regard with copyright and related rights protection in Republic of Macedonia. He also has significant experience in a wide range of civil cases such as heritage and family issues. Vladimir has incredible experience regarding various misdemeanor procedures against companies and its responsible persons, ranging from misdemeanor responsibility in the customs, agriculture, transport, employment, health and safety etc. which are commonly associated with companies’ activities. Vladimir also represents or defends criminal charges related to companies’ activities. He is also significantly involved in representation in various administrative proceedings, including issuing of work and residence permits for foreign citizens and various licensing and accreditation procedures.
He has proven himself as a high level professional in very beginnings of its career which gained him a partner status in Kimova law office in 2015.
