JASMINA TUMANOVA

Jasmina graduated from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, Faculty of Law in 2001 attaining her LL.B degree. She passed the Bar exam in 2004 and was admitted as an attorney in 2006.

Jasmina’s practice consists of legal advising in all areas of the Commercial Law, with special reference to Contract Law, Bankruptcy law and Industrial Property related legal matters. In her litigation practice, she has represented numerous domestic and international clients in all sorts of commercial disputes, such as for collection of debts, fulfillment/annulment of contracts and for protection of property rights etc., then clients in the capacity of insolvent debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and in subsequent commercial disputes arisen thereof. Jasmina has also assisted several of clients in preparation or participation in public procurement proceedings and related litigations. Not less than the Commercial Law, Jasmina’s practice also includes legal advising and litigation practice in particular areas of the Civil Law such as Contract, Family and Property Law, as well as advising and representing of legal interests of the clients in enforcement and various administrative proceedings.

Her practice also heavily consists of conducting in-depth legal due diligence analysis, and related trasnactions such as mergers and acquisitions.

Jasmina is a member of the Macedonian Bar Association and the Macedonian Association of Business Lawyers.
With over 15 years of experience in the area and all her qualifications and qualities have made Jasmina a key member of the Kimova Law Office and gained her a partner status in 2013.
