GIANNI MANEV

Gianni graduated from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, Faculty of Law in 2001 attaining his LL.B degree. He passed the Bar exam in 2004 and was officially admitted as an attorney in the Macedonian Bar Association in 2006.

He has broad experience in representing clients in the resolution of complex litigation matters in many areas of commercial and civil law, with an impressive career success ratio. His extensive experience includes shareholder disputes, contract disputes, damage compensation, employment claims, mobbing, copyrights and related rights protection, real estate issues etc.

Gianni also advises clients on corporate compliance, contracting, copyright and related rights issues and employment issues.

His expertise also heavily consists of conducting of in-depth due diligence investigations, and related trasnactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
He is a member of the Macedonian Bar Association and the Macedonian Business Lawyers Association, as well as a member of the governing and supervisory bodies of several NGO’s from the area of human rights protection and the environment.

With over 15 years of experience and active commitment to law, Gianni has proven himself as a strong leader and a devoted manager in any given circumstance, strengths that among other of his qualities have made him a key member of the Kimova Law Office and gained him a partner status in 2013.
